Term and Conditions

Minimum Order Policy

The minimum order (except the trial order or sample order) is set at US$5,000.00 OR US$150.00 will be added as an extra local handling charges for shipments valued below US$5,000.00. Purchase Order is required for all merchandises.

Additional Charges

US$30.00 each will be charged if Certificate of Malaysia Origin is required by customer. For those order value below USD1000.00, USD30.00 remittance charge will be imposed to the customer.

Delivery Time

Be shipped from Ex-bonded warehouse Penang, Malaysia  within 21 days for those original inkjet and toner cartridges brand and 30 days for OEM brand upon receipt of T/T or L/C at sight.

Packing

Packing is available either in standard original packing for original inkjet or toner cartridges.  Brand, bulk packing, OEM packing is welcomed for those remanufacture or brand new inkjet cartridges.

Price

All prices quoted FOB Ex-bonded warehouse Penang, Malaysia  are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

T/T in advance or confirmed irrevocable Letter of  credit at sight.

Guarantee

We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Liability under this guarantee is limited to the obligation to replace any product found to be defective under normal use and service. We shall no be responsible for any loss and damage of our product sold due to accident, abuse, mishandling or misuse.

Returns

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of ninety days from the date of shipment. Goods returned without prior authorization from our QA Department will not be accepted.
