Wan Yang is one of the world's major collector and suppliers of empty toner and inkjet cartridges.

Each and every cartridge we receive is sorted, inspected and qualified for Remanufacturing. Our Guide for Inspection of Inkjets and Lasers will provide detailed information on what criteria determines how the cartridge is classified.

Minimum Order

Wan Yang requires a minimum order of 500 total cartridges for inkjet cartridge shipments. All shipments from WAN YANG are built on box and ship via parcel carriers., DHL, FedEx, or other parcel carriers.

Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise negotiated prior to the time of sales. All additional costs associated with shipping, including but not limited to: labeling, re-weighing, customs, GST, inside delivery, lift-gate, re-delivery, residential delivery or re-packaging, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Wan Yang is not responsible for shipments lost, damaged or delivered short by any shipping agent.

Payment

All orders require 100% payment in advance

Testing And Inspection

All Wan Yang empty cartridges has been put through a six-point inspection by our staff of cartridge inspectors, to ensure constant quality.
We perform the following inspection:
1) Electronic control by performance tester for every model
2) No hole - No drill
3) No cracks on the body
4) No ink inside the cartridge
5) Original sticker
6) No visual damage on the printer head

Cartridge Packaging

All cartridges must be packed so as to avoid damage during shipping. This includes repackaging cartridges in OEM boxes WITH protective end caps and/or other packaging. In the absence of original packaging, all cartridges should be wrapped in newspaper, peanuts, foam or other protective material. All shipments are carefully inspected as they are received at our warehouse and evidence of physical damage to the shipment is documented. This is done so that any discrepancy which may occur as a result of broken or damaged cartridges can be rectified through a freight claim with the appropriate carrier. In the absence of physical damage to the boxes or containers in which the cartridges are shipped, WanYang has no recourse to file a freight claim. Therefore, in these instances, the liability for broken cartridges is render to the cartridge seller. (Packaging suggestions are available upon request from your Wan Yang representative.)

Payment

Payment is contingent upon the receipt of cartridge models, agreed upon in order, in acceptable condition. Models that do not appear in the purchase order will be subject to current published rates. - Buyer reserves the right to reject and return at seller's expense any item that contains defective material or does not conform to the purchase order. - Broken, cracked and non-virgin cartridges received by Wan Yang that are not reflected in your signed purchase order may be subject to a fee of $0.20 per inkjet cartridge. This fee covers costs incurred by Wan Yang for shipping, handling and disposal. If you have any questions about this fee, please contact your WanYang representative

Cartridge not listed on your purchase order

Cartridges received that do not appear on your signed purchase order may be subject to a fee of $0.20 per inkjet cartridge. This fee is to cover Wan Yang 's costs incurred for shipping handling and disposal. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact us.

Minimum Shipment WanYang will not issue a purchase order or process payment on shipments containing less than the following:
Inkjets: 250 pieces

Inkjet Inspection Criteria

ALL CARTRIDGES MUST BE 100% VIRGINS
All cartridges must be inspected for the following signs

OEM Label must not be - replaced, missing or dirty.
OEM Sealing ball or fill hole cover removed or tampered with
No visible changes - glue/adhesive scratches that can be attributed to being previously remanufactured
Circuit flex tape - bubbling, corrosion, peeling, separation, scratches
Damage to air vent hole
Missing or Damaged nozzle plate
Bubble generator area must not be damaged or tampered with
Cracks in body, cap, welds, or bubble generator area
Cartridge cannot be cracked in any location
Cannot be Worn, scratched or show signs of being retrieved from the trash
CARTRIDGES must be separated by part number & brand name
No cartridges to be polish with shoe polish or other chemical to cover blemishes
